If you sell to consumers in the EU or the UK, you are legally required to publish your name, a geographic address and an email address — a contact form on its own is not enough. It is also one of the things a Meta ad reviewer looks for when deciding whether a store is legitimate.

Please do not send us medical information. We are not doctors and we do not want or keep health data. Our guarantee needs no weigh-ins, no photographs and no medical history. If your question is about whether gaining weight is safe for you, that is a question for a doctor, not for us.

This form needs a backend before it will work. A static site cannot email you by itself. Either delete the form and rely on the email address above, or point the action attribute at a form service such as Formspree, Basin or Netlify Forms. Until you do, the form silently does nothing — which is worse than having no form at all.
